Each retreat offers a blend of guided sessions, nature-based practices, reflective silence, and community connection, grounded in our signature Resonant Listening Method. No two retreats are the same: themes and locations vary, making each gathering unique and aligned with the season, setting, and the women who attend.

Our retreats are designed to foster deep connection and transformation in a carefully curated group of individuals. Access is by invitation only to ensure the best experience for all participants. When purchasing your retreat, you'll be asked a few questions to help us understand your goals and intentions. If, based on your responses, it appears the group forming may not be the ideal fit for you, we will reach out to discuss alternative options. We suggest joining a different group with the same theme, either at the same or an alternative location, to ensure you have the most aligned and supportive retreat experience.

Sample Daily Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding: Enjoy the opening circle followed by gentle somatic grounding and nature walk, and evening storytelling and first resonance practice
Day 2: Listening to Self: Experience body-based sensing followed by a workshop related to inner resonance and nervous system awareness, practice being with your emotions in silence, and integrate through journaling and optional sauna
Day 3: Listening to Others: Practice morning meditation in nature, participate in a workshop about dialogic listening and curiosity without control, learn to hold space with presence, and integrate in a group resonance circle
Day 4: Relational Depth & Repair: Start the day with a workshop about tension, rupture and non-defensive listening, roleplay with rupture and repair, do some creative reflection, and end the day with a fire ritual
Day 5: Integration & Departure: Explore your new skills during a breath and bodywork session, participate in the closing circle, and anchor your next steps

Through the Resonant Listening Method, you’ll explore how masking has shaped your inner dialogue and relationships and begin to reclaim your sensory truth, voice, and vitality. No fixing. No performing. Just deep, regulated presence.
